Transaction Details

View details about specific transactions with the Transactions Details screen.

Transaction Details Snapshot

  1. Click Back to List to return to the Payment History page.

  2. Notice the Transaction ID.

  3. Notice the Transaction Type, time-stamp and status including Captured, Failed, Refunded, and/ or Disputed.
    Note: Failed transactions will include fail reason.

  4. Notice the transaction amount.

  5. Notice the payment method and the last 4 digits of the account used.

  6. Notice how the card was verified if available.

  7. Notice the merchant.

  8. Click Copy Transaction to open a dialogue box to enter transaction data. Click Save to save the transaction data or Cancel to return to the Transaction Details page.

  9. Click Receipt to generate a transaction receipt.

  10. Click the arrow to view the next transaction.

  11. Click Refresh to sync most recent transaction data.

Transaction Details

View additional information by clicking on Transaction Details pages. Some Transaction Details pages are visible, but not available for use with LINQ Pay.

  1. Customer: View customer information including Name, Address, and Contact information if available.

  2. Transaction: View additional transaction information such as Tax, recorded IPs, and any Descriptions entered by the merchant.

  3. Payment Details: View payment details such as Card Type, Issuing Bank, and the Transaction Type.

  4. Fees: View fees transactions incur.

    1. Notice the Transaction Amount, Status, total of Fees Paid, and Transaction Net.

    2. Notice the itemized breakdown of the Fees Paid including the Amount and Description.
      Note: Fees will only populate once a transaction has been batched and moves from authorized to captured status.

  5. Transaction Stream: View any transaction streams that occurred including purchase, refund, or payment method activity.

    1. Notice the column headers for transactions in the transaction stream including transaction ID, Type, Date, Card, Status, and Amount.

    2. Click the Transaction ID to view that transactions Transaction Details page.

  6. Notes: View, add, or delete notes pertaining to the transaction.

  7. Documents: Download or upload documents associated with the transaction.

  8. Holds: View hold details such as dates, actions, and decisions.

  9. Disputes: View dispute status and information.

    1. Notice the column headers for related disputes such as Type, Reason, Amount, Payment Method, Cardholder Name, Company, Reply by date, and Status.

    2. Click anywhere in the dispute line item to view the Disputes page.

  10. ACH Return: View any return information for stopped or failed eCheck payments.

  11. Related Transactions: View any related transaction details including Type, Date, Status, and Amount.

    1. Notice the column headers for Related Transactions such as transaction ID, Type, Date, Status, Amount, Disputes, Merchant, and Division.

    2. Click a line item to see the details for that related transaction.

  12. Customer Transactions: View additional transactions made by the same customer.
